Such amazing things are happening and I can't hold it in!! Feeling bubbly more often than usual and it feels so good.  Staying positive and following the light towards bigger and better things.  Life couldn't be any better...

Just like the wind

Time keeps passing by so fast! I can hardly believe the holidays are upon us and I still have SO MUCH to get done before the new year! I've had a lot of things in the works for a while now, I'm just waiting for some of them to be more finalized before I tell you guys about it even though I'm DYING to let you all know :-) Since I'm running at full speed (and will be until LA Fashion Week is over) I think it's about time to slow it down a bit and enjoy the little things...

Roadtrip

Headed down to San Diego for the weekend and I couldn't be more ecstatic! Going to cheer my college football team on with some close friends of mine as they play against San Diego State University. Go frogs!!! More than anything though I am in desperate need of some R and R...later LA. I'll be back for ya next week well rested and ready to go!

Inspired

I've taken a few technical drawing classes and let me tell you it is no piece of cake! I found this artist James Gulliver Hancock who has some pretty sick technical drawing skills. These are only three of his map drawings I found (although his other artwork is FANTASTIC! I highly recommend checking out his website:-) which are all done by hand. There is literally anything and everything imaginable included on these things! I'm always inspired do to something when I come across pieces like this...like finding a local drawing workshop for me to brush up on my artistic abilities! 

Definitely something to get me sketching again...A possible fashion line in my future??? Who knows!

Let me 'uncomplicate' things for you

Awake at 8am on Saturday…there’s either a) something wrong with me or b) too much on my mind. How about option b…I’ve always found it necessary to surround yourself with positive energy and in return good things will come to you. I’m sure most of you already know this, in some form or another, but lately I’ve been in a really low mood and I’ve only recently realized why. (Although, this gloomy weather we’ve been having here in LA may be part of the reason behind this mood as well )

Whatever the reasoning I’m done with the bullshit and I think it’s time to treat myself to a positive outlook on things. What do I do when I’m feeling blue you may ask???

New Beginning...

Hey there peeps!!!
Excited to begin anew with my blog and I hope you all enjoy it! For my previous followers, welcome back!!! For all of you new folks I am ecstatic to have you here :)

I've moved my site from http://goldenmindset.tumblr.com (check it out for all of my previous posts) in order to promote myself a little further. Yay!! Currently my layout/design is still in the works but I hate not being able to post anything therefore I've set up as much as I can for the time being.I'm working on quite a few things at the moment so you guys can look forward to lots and lots of exciting fashionable posts in the near future!

For those of you who don't know me I am a recent fashion grad who moved to LA from a small Texas town.  I love all things fashion, music, photography, design, interior decorating and food -lots and LOTS of food- although some of these things I do more so in my spare time. I currently work for a modeling agency in the heart of Hollywood, meaning I get the joy of being around gorgeous people pretty much all the time...it's a hard life but someone's gotta do it!  This also means that I go out a lot but most of the time it's for networking OF COURSE! Hope you all enjoy reading little snippets of my life and adventures...I know I enjoy sharing them with you :)
